zavvi.com is one of the fastest growing online retailers of video games, as part of our continued expansion we are currently looking to recruit a full time Video Game Reviewer.

The role involves:

• Playing all recent video games titles – across PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii
• Publishing written reviews of latest games releases
• Liaising with Video Game buyers to ensure that previews of forthcoming titles are made available for review at the earliest date possible
• Informing buying decisions based on game playability and enjoyment
• Directing and recording video reviews on latest games
• Attending gaming industry events and representing zavvi.com – e.g. The Golden Joystick Awards
• Planning and undertaking customer research and focus groups to inform editorial

The ideal candidate will have experience of and a real enthusiasm for playing video games across all major platforms (PS3, Xbox 360, Wii), must have strong attention to detail and ideally previous experience in copywriting.
